Vacanze Agroericino offers you an advantageous long-term rental scheme for monthly stays every year in the period from 1st October to 30th May in the "Brezza d'Estate" residence apartments in Valderice, a few kilometres from Trapani and the sea.

The TARIFFS include:

• Weekly change of bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels
• Wi-Fi internet connection
• Utilities: water, electricity and gas (kitchen)
• Cost of heating (only in the studio apartments)
• Cleaning before arrival and on departure
• VAT at (10%)

The TARIFFS do NOT include:

• The cost of heating (R in the above table) in the case of the 2 bedroom apartments. This cost is calculated according to actual use by the occupants as recorded by the heating meter-reading at the beginning and end of your stay.

How to BOOK and methods of PAYMENT for monthly tariffs:

• At the moment of booking a booking deposit equivalent to 20% of the total will be requested as guarantee of the booking. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal
• This deposit will not be refunded in the case of: booking cancellation, no-show or upon departing the property early
• The deposit will also be used as a security deposit and will be returned to you one week after the end of your stay minus the cost of eventual damage caused and/or the cost of any items taken from the property, building and its furnishings.
• The payment of the total cost of the entire stay will be divided into monthly payments due at the beginning of each month payable either in cash, by bank transfer, or by debit or credit card
